Special Portland Pozzolana Cement

Special Portland Pozzolana Cement is used for dam constructing as well as other massive concrete- making projects requiring low hydration heat. The percentage of pozzolana available in this type of cement rages between %15 to %30 in accordance with the customers demand.

Portland Pozzolana Cement

This type of cement is used for general applications as for massive structures due to having less hydration heat than the cement type 1 and 2; its most significant specification is the relatively higher chemical strength. This type of cement has been recommended for environments with the risk of sulfate and chlorine attacks. The strength growth rate of this type of cement is lower than cement type 2 and 5, but the strength loss is compensated in long-term.

Portland cement with high strength

This type of cement has higher compressive strength than the other type of cement produced in the company and is being distributed in class 425 and 525.

28 day strength in types 1-425 and 1-525 equals 425 kg/cm2 and 525 kg/cm2, respectively.

Portland cement with high Blaine and the low-alkali

Portland cement with high Blaine is being produced and distributed, based on the customer's demand, with a high finesse up to Blaine 3800 cm2/g; the low-alkali cement has a low alkali percentage of less than %0.6; the primary strength in high-Blaine type is considerably higher than other types of cement. In other words, the smaller the granulated cement, the faster the hardening process. The low-alkali cement is being used in special and distinguished projects in which there is a probability of damaging reaction between the alkali of the cement and the silica of the aggregate.

Portland cement, type 5

This type of cement has good strength against sulfate attacks; it is suitable for places where soil and underground water is high in sulfate. It is a chemical reaction between the hydration products of C3A and sulfate ions that enter the concrete from the outside environment. The products generated by this reaction have a larger volume than the reactants, and this creates stresses which force the concrete to expand and crack. So the designations for Type V cement focus on keeping the C3A content low. The C3A content of Kerman type 5 cement is lower than %3.

Portland cement type 2

This type of cement is suitable for general applications, for concrete-making, foundation and etc. It is appropriate for environments where there is a risk of sulfate attack or for places where the sulfate concentration in the underground water or soil is higher than the normal level.

Generally, this type of cement is better than the other types of Portland cement in environments where the concrete is exposed to chemical attacks such as sulfate and chlorine jointly. As a result, this type of cement is proved to have the best application in various constructional activities.

Class G oil well cement, type HSR

Oil well cement finds a wide application in the exploration for and the production of oil and gas. For securing the metal casing and liners, out of which the oil and gas eventually flow. Oil well cement can also be used for sealing water wells, waste disposal wells, and geothermal wells. they fulfill the requirements for materials forming low-viscosity slurries, which remain pump able to considerable depths and can be tailored to harden rapidly once in place.

Blended cement type A

This type of cement can be categorized in blended cement group and is produced in two types, A and B. In type A, a maximum %20 of additives are used in the clinker; it is useful for all constructional activities including the foundations. Although in comparison with the cement type 2, the clinker percentage is reduced from %96 to only %80, its 28-day strength, according to the Iranian National Standard, must be at least 32.5 mega-Pascal
